Submit payment for clinical services
If eligible to proceed, payment is collected for the telehealth evaluation and program services. Payment does not guarantee prescription medications.
Schedule a telehealth appointment
Patients select a date and time for a telemedicine visit with a licensed healthcare provider.
Create your patient portal account (Healthie EMR)
Patients receive an email invitation to create an account within our secure electronic medical record system.
Review and sign telemedicine consent forms
All required telehealth and medical consent documentation must be reviewed and signed prior to the visit.
Provider evaluation and treatment determination
A licensed clinician conducts a telehealth visit, reviews the patient's medical history, and determines an appropriate treatment plan in accordance with medical standards of care.

Yes, you can opt out anytime. You will only be charged for the services, you
used during your plan.
You will have a healthie portal, where you can message your physician 24/7
with non-urgent questions. For emergencies, you can visit your closest
emergency room for help.
When you start therapy with GLP-1 agonists, you may need blood tests within
2 months of starting therapy. If you are otherwise healthy with no medical
problems you will most likely need one blood draw. If you have other medical
issues the frequency may increase according to medical necessity.
The cost of physician follows up, supervision, and medications is included.
Blood testing is not included and will only be ordered if necessary.
At this time we are only accepting out of pocket payments to get you started on medications.
